The entirety content of this website is the exclusive property of its authors.

All the elements constituting this website are protected by the laws governing the royalties and the french code of the intellectual property.

Any infringement with one of these laws or provisions will involve an action at law treated by the courts of jurisdiction.

I. PROPERTY AND ACQUISITION

The purchase of the musical sequences of this site is subjected to the acceptance of the terms of this licence of use, which constitutes a legal contract between the purchaser and "Style-Loops".

All the musical sequences suggested are the exclusive property of Style-Loops and are regularly deposited at the SACEM, the remote loading of a musical sequence does not confer to the user any right of ownership intellectual on the sequence.

All the rights which are not explicitly specified are not granted.

The granted licence is not limited in time. However if the user does not respect the terms of this contract, the licence of use ends and the musical sequence must be removed from supports on which it is used.

- Nonexclusive licence : Style-loops grants a nonexclusive and nontransferable licence to use and modify the product according to conditions' clarified below.

- Exclusive licence : For certain sequences, a licence of exclusiveness is available. This licence is nontransferable. It enables you to be the single user of the sequence. The user of the exclusive licence is fully informed that this licence is granted only for the future. The users of nonexclusive licence preserve their right of use on the known as sequence bought before to grants exclusive licence.

II. The USE

The purchase of the sound sequences is subjected to the following conditions of use:

To use the bought sound sequences:

- for the multi-media creation of products, software, Web site, banners or commercials diffused on Internet, or plays online.

- within a radio broadcast for jingles, basic musics, or credits.

- within an audio-visual or cinematographic application such as Jingles, credits, music of funds, etc...

- within a diffusion in public places (elevators, waiting rooms, stores, restaurants...) or for various spectacles (theatre, dance, pyrotechny, etc.)

- within a private use (ringing of mobile phone, responder, etc.)

To use the sound sequence in a way different from those authorized above.

To redistribute the sound sequences in a free or paying way, in particular by including them in a bank of sounds or like ringing of phone.

Any use in contradiction of this article will have as a consequence the resolution of the licence agreement without notice. Style-loops reserves the right to act as justice to put end to the infringement of the royalties and to put end at damage.

III. RESPONSIBILITY

The user is only responsible for the use of the musical sequence in combination with other elements, in particular if its use can involve a negative perception of what it represents.

It's forbidden using a musical sequence in association with subjects such as: alcohol, tobacco, drug, disease, prostitution, pornography, denigration of people or things, racism, xenophobia, homophobie, etc.

Style-loops will not be able to see its responsibility committed when using those musical sequences in opposition to morals, good manners and the laws.

IV. PAYMENT OF THE PRICE

The licence delivering the rights to use musical sequence is effective only after entirety payment of the sums required. The accepted payments are exclusively those who are indicated on the website.

V. GUARANTEE

Style-loops could not be held responsible for possible damage caused by the use of the computer file of the musical sequence or resulting from the consultation, of the use of Internet site Style-Loops.com or of a disfonctionnement in the access to this last and to the sound files which are there.

Style-loops guarantees the access of the computer file of the musical sequence during 60 days since the sale.

VI. LAW

This contract is governed by the French law. In the event of litigation the court of jurisdiction will be that of Lyon.
